"This song was written in August of 2016, in the midst of a massive breakdown I was having. Triggered by many life changes that weren't positive at the time. I wrote this song to try and help myself out of the dark hole. It wasn't soon after that, that I started the medications that saved me. And I'm still cruising along." - Mike
