I wrote this song in a moving car on the outskirts of Hamiota, Manitoba, in the early summer of 2013. I was on a road trip with my mom. We were ultimately headed to a Music Therapy conference in Saskatoon. We made a quick stop in Hamiota to visit relatives. Hamiota was a boring place, but the people were nice. The music video for this song was filmed in Yecheon, South Korea. I lived there for one year in 2015.
